Welcome to HauntScape | Los Angeles. By accessing this website or purchasing a ticket to any of our attractions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. 🧾 Ticketing & Entry

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by HauntScape.

  • Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected during purchase.

  • Entry is not guaranteed if you arrive late or miss your designated time slot.

  • Guests must present a valid ticket and ID upon entry.

2. 🚫 Code of Conduct

By entering HauntScape, you agree to:

  • Follow all posted rules and verbal instructions from staff.

  • Refrain from touching props, actors, or set pieces.

  • Avoid aggressive behavior, offensive language, or inappropriate attire.

  • Not enter under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Violation of these rules may result in removal without refund.

3. 🛡️ Safety & Liability

  • HauntScape includes immersive effects (fog, strobe lights, loud audio, confined spaces).

  • Guests enter at their own risk. HauntScape is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for safety or behavior concerns.

4. 🔐 Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information during ticket purchase and RFID registration to personalize your experience.

  • Your data will never be sold to third parties.

5. 🎭 Age Restrictions

  • The Whispering House: Ages 13+ (no exceptions).

  • Fear Trail: Childhood Shadows: Ages 6–12. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Parental discretion is advised.

6. 🎥 Media Release

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use by HauntScape.

7. 🛒 Merchandise & Add-Ons

  • All merch and digital souvenirs are subject to availability.

  • Prices and offerings may vary by night or ticket tier.

8. 💡 Event Cancellations

  • In case of force majeure, natural disaster, or safety concern, HauntScape reserves the right to reschedule or cancel without liability beyond ticket refunds.

9. ⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved under California jurisdiction.
