Read Carefully Before Entering HauntScape

By entering HauntScape | Los Angeles, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. This waiver applies to all ticketed attractions, including The Whispering House and Fear Trail: Childhood Shadows.

🔐 PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

All guests voluntarily participate in a haunted attraction experience that includes:

  • Dark or confined spaces

  • Sudden noises and lighting effects

  • Fog, scent, and temperature manipulation

  • Intense visual and audio stimulation

  • Animatronics and simulated horror scenes

You understand that your experience is designed to startle, disturb, and immerse.

🩺 HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE

You should NOT enter if you:

  • Are pregnant or have heart conditions

  • Suffer from seizures, anxiety disorders, PTSD, or sensitivity to lights/sounds

  • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Are under the recommended age limit for your chosen attraction

Guests enter at their own risk and should exercise caution at all times.

🧾 LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating in HauntScape, you waive any and all claims for injury, loss, or damages against:

  • HauntScape, LLC

  • Its staff, affiliates, partners, and property owners

This includes but is not limited to injuries caused by:

  • Tripping or falling

  • Emotional distress or fright

  • Interactions with props, fog, lighting, or set materials

You further agree that HauntScape is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

🛑 BEHAVIORAL TERMS

Guests must:

  • Not touch performers, props, or other guests

  • Follow all staff directions

  • Exit immediately if asked by security or staff

  • Not enter if showing signs of illness or unsafe behavior

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

🧠 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING

Photography and video recording inside the attractions is prohibited unless otherwise stated. All in-attraction footage and content remain the property of HauntScape.
