HauntScape | Los Angeles is not just a haunted attraction—it’s a full-scale entertainment experience with thousands of guests flowing through our event each week. We’re seeking high-quality vendors to join us in delivering unforgettable moments through food, drinks, art, and seasonal goods.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome vendor applications from:

  • Food Trucks & Snack Stands: Themed, gourmet, spooky, or family-friendly options

  • Beverage Providers: Seasonal drinks (non-alcoholic only), custom brews, hot cocoa, cider

  • Artisans & Craftspeople: Spooky decor, horror merch, collectibles, glow-in-the-dark gifts

  • Novelty & Toy Retailers: Halloween plushies, LED accessories, mini haunted kits

  • Interactive Experiences: Face painting, temporary tattoos, glow stations

Vendor Operating Dates

September 20 – November 3, 2025
Open on Thursdays through Sundays, plus Halloween night
Setup times: 3:30–5:30 PM
Operational hours: 6:00 PM – close (or earlier for family path vendors)

Requirements
